Yep! I’ve had several days over my calorie limit this week and lots of sodium too. I’ve been downing water today hoping to flush the sodium out and get a ‘real’ scale reading by Monday morning. Even played ball with the kiddo for half an hour Friday hoping to work off any extra fat I did accumulate;).
