OMG!!! I love how Im feeling right now! I am doing really good with my diet... I have had a few weak times during this first week but Im still losing and that feels great.
I honestly feel like its ok to have the foods you want or crave at least once a week. It has worked for me. I know when I go a whole week without eating what I want then its harder for me to lose. IDK it may be me.
161.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
