No time to weigh in as I’m traveling. I will check the “machine “ in the morning!!

I had too many Snacks @ the Business Meeting, so will reduce calorie intake for Dinner!!

Time to find my gate!!!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
