Okay, nosing back down. I did manage to hold calories down yesterday AND get in 3 miles on the treadmill. Here's to losing another lb or 2 before the weekend!
152.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
