Oh, the evenings are a disaster lately and I cannot dig up the motivation to do better.

Beer and ice cream! Am I leaving myself too hungry? I don't think so, in fact I'm often full when I go to the freezer for my mini-magnum, just cannot seem to break out of this habit at the moment.

I am keeping an eye on the scales, trying to walk as often as possible, and avoiding any real binge, but that's about the best I seem to be able to manage at the moment. I know the motivation and the willpower will return, I can't force it right now.
127.2 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Don't really know what it is, but there does seem to be a lot of it going around...boo, hiss! I feel your pain...maybe we're preparing for the long winter hibernation ;-). Ah well, I haven't lost my determination to not go back to the 160's!

Just like you said - it's a habit. If you're craving sweet stuff, you can try looking for slightly healthier substitutes (maybe a nectarine or banana). Or brush your teeth immediately after dinner. Either way, you are definitely able to overcome this habit. Don't worry =)

Me neither Baxie - I feel too heavy at 58 kg and can't imagine how I looked at 62 kg or more! It's just a (short) phase, I'll be back on track very soon, I'm sure.
