Well... I'm not discouraged by gaining it all back .. it took me a while to kick pills, now I've been good for 8.5 years. Took me a while to quit drinking... now I'm OK with only having one or two drinks a month... that's if I bother at all. It took me years to quit smoking, but I've now been smoke free for 2 years....... so it only stands to reason that I have my ups and downs with food. Unfortunately I was born with an addictive personality so I'm battling more than just numbers on a scale. Either way, can't give up right? Gotta keep trying. Thanks for having my back!

You may have an addictive personality but you are one tough sucker to put all that stuff aside. You inspire me!

It is all a lifelong struggle. Everyone is in that same boat although the specifics may be just a little different. The battle is what gives the warrior the will to continue.
