It seems my body is trimming ever so slightly. I don't exercise nearly enough, although when I do it's usually an hour plus of cardio.

I squeezed into my smallest suit this morning :). Oatmeal, and juiced fruit for breakfast. Only healthy intake (mostly).
239.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
