Lowered my calories to 1200. I will discover my magic number one day to reduce the number on the scale without depriving myself. I know how to starve myself and lose weight all to well. Highest weigh 174 March 2016. A little reminder to myself that I have made progress.
159.6 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
