I'm into historic territory for weight again. Before my last weight gain, my high weight was 217. The scale says my body fat % is dropping and my muscle % is rising. Body fat is below 33% and these magic Bioelectrical impedance machines always read high. I still aim to get my bf below 20% on that scale, so I'm looking to lose over a third of my fat. I've noticed that on the days when I make a poop, my weight drops the most.
