PM weigh in. 9 hrs fasted. 6 hrs sleep. Lower carb day last night, no gym for a couple days. Moderate carbs tonight.
284.2 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
