I had a monster workout yesterday and bought a new scale, it gives my body composition including fat percentage, muscle percentage, water % and BMI.
I'm right about 30% bf, which is what I figured. I'm more muscle than fat, which I also knew. My water was low when I weighed in, which might have something to do with me drinking so much water every day, it might flush out my electrolytes and prevent me from holding water in my tissues.
This morning I walked the mile to the gym and had a good workout. Fasted resistance, so my lifts sucked; low weight, fewer reps. I concentrated on form and moving slowly to compensate.
Followed up with 20 minutes on the elliptical and walking the mile home.
The sister in law and her grandson just arrived, so I'll cook bacon and spinach & cheese omelette for the famiy after my shower.
