Lost a little. More today with proper portion control.
236.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1846 kcal Fat: 64.53g | Prot: 96.45g | Carb: 237.90g.   Breakfast: Starbucks Skinny Vanilla Latte (Short), Dean's Whole Milk, Post Raisin Bran. Lunch: Campbell's Split Pea & Ham Chunky Soup. Dinner: American Heritage Cheddar Shredded Cheese, Cornbread (from Mix), Chili Con Carne with Beans. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Chip Cookie (Home Recipe or Purchased). more...

Yes, I use it on a semi-regular basis. Mostly for breakfast and some dinner time.

Good, I find my kitchen scale to be very helpful. It can weigh anything up to 5 lbs.
