Now I am ready!
The thing is my mind has been on everything but weight loss. I cannot say that I am unhappy but I have been down a lot. Every time we seem to get ahead, we slip backwards. This cycle is slowly killing me. Okay not really but omygoodness will it never end? I need some space to breath and catch up! Okay rant over!
In honor of my new start and because I need ideas for journaling, each day I will have a theme. Mondays will be motivational. Thursdays will be things I am thankful for. Any ideas on the other days I will gladly copy, lol ;)

1. My little boy and wanting to be able to be an active part of his life.
2. We are having a mini family reunion and I am more then a little embarrassed by my weight gain. I hope to lose twenty pounds by father's day or at least look like I did, lol.
