Fasting Day #6
I broke my Dry Fast yesterday, I'm definitely retaining a lot of water now 🙄 well at least I know is not fat!
155.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's amazing how much of the body is basically water, when it comes down to it; If I remember correctly, OVER 50%! O.O
