Time to get back on the wagon. I just returned from a convention in Orlando and all we did was eat non-stop!! I need to start tracking my foods and lifting weights again.

I find that a sure recipe for weight gain is not planning my meals or logging my food.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2022 kcal Fat: 63.91g | Prot: 124.65g | Carb: 186.78g.   Breakfast: blue agave, trader joes soy essential, coffee, ISO 100 - Whey Protein Isolate, egg whites, oatmeal. Lunch: trader joes roasted flax seeds, roasted red pepper, Brianna's French Vinaigrette Dressing, artichoke heart trader joes, trader joes black beans, organic Girl, chicken breast boiled. Dinner: willys, willys charolitas. Snacks/Other: Trader Joe's multigrain Flaxseed Crackers. more...
