Averaged 1748 kcal last week. Doesn't seem right to have this slow of a weightloss, but I've seen time and again it just isn't a linear process. Hope it'll pick up again soon.
190.3 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
