What is the saying.. pride goes before a fall?

Well.. I really haven't binged or anything...just off schedule some do to a busy week.
300 lbs will be history soon enough. :)
301.2 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 81.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 June 2010:
1051 kcal Fat: 67.40g | Prot: 83.25g | Carb: 36.30g.   Breakfast: water, coffee, SPINACH, CHEDDAR CHEESE, POACHED EGG, heavy cream. Lunch: mayo olive, tuna, MIXED SALAD. Dinner: butter, cheddar, egg. Snacks/Other: almonds, ATKINS Carmel Dbl Choc Crunch BAR. more...
gaining 2.3 lb a week

You're so close! So you're an Okie too? I am in SE Okahoma about 20 miles SW of Hugo. I work at the Valliant Paper Mill. I have only been to Okmulgee (spelling) once and that was to tour their college. We live just about a mile or less from the river. I love Oklahoma! You are so close to making that 300 lb goal. I'm sure you will get there before you know it. It is hard to eat on plan when you are busy. Just keep at it and plan ahead to help make hectic times easier.

I wouldn't get too out of sorts about being just a little off schedule. By this time next week, 300 will be a memory!! You have done so well, and this is just a hiccup! Keep up the good work!!
