67 pushups 2019 PUSH UP Challenge (Overall leaderboard)

Diet starts on Monday 👍🏾

Right now I am too ‘mentally tired’ to ‘push’ myself at all. So, the goal this weekend, because I am eating, is to gain as little weight as possible. However, I know myself, and my history, so there WILL be weight gain.

This weekend I will still run and hit the weights.

Anyway, plan to be back on the normal schedule on Monday.
