I stopped taking 3 large Glucosamine capsules daily - I read months ago they have sugar (glucose) in them. Apparently it may have been enough to get my sugar intake up weekly as I had lots of it and a few months ago my rheumatologist said it doesn't work on everyone. My arthritis is especially weather sensitive and now that it's warmer I'm feeling better. So I had a good weight loss finally and the stall MAY be over until I get to 185 or 190, one may be my goal. I may join a gym in the next town over in the next month or two it's only $20 a month compared to the $50 plus of the gyms in town, I'll be going with a female friend at least once a week, and I'll go on the bus. I'm glad I seemed to find out what was causing my weight to come off so slowly! I thought it had been meds - but not a supplement, but after I heard glucosamine had a lot of sugar in it I realized I needed to get off of it once I ran out of the pills...
