I have found out that the Russell Stover's sugar free candies are just as addictive to me as sugar candies. I stopped at Kroger on Christmas Eve. to pick up a bag of the S/F candies, I picked up a bag of toffee. I had 2 of them at our family Christmas dinner for my desert. Well that was a bad idea! I ended up eating the entire bag.

The next morning I was out of keto., and up 2# I just went on as normal and did pretty good. Until 12/28 I eat another bag of the S/F candies and had a few drinks. That night I had really bad diarrhea all night. That was horrible!
From 12/24/18-1/1/19 I went from 141#-147# that is a gain of 6# in just a week. So yesterday I got back to keto full force.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes those sweeteners they use can really do a job on the stomach. It can be good when you are constipated. LOL. Welcome back to ketosis
