Good morning my friends. Helping a friend move today then tonight it's "Get The Led Out" second time seeing them. Trying to squeeze in a workout. Have a healthy day.
208.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
