Man I just do not want to work out lately... I mean, seriously. It must be the heat and humidity around here... but I am just not motivated. I need to get off my ass and workout tonight. I'm finished with the Wii Active 30 day challenge for the 2nd time, tonight I am going to do the high energy step aerobics which is just under 30 minutes. I've got to figure out something else to do for another 30 minutes... maybe. Sheesh. I need motivation to work out ahhhh. I hate it. I know it's going to be late before I work out tonight... Bleh. I hate this feeling before I work out, even though I always feet good after I'm done. Still that isn't enough to make me want to move, lol.
147.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
