So, I started the year with 66.4 kg (146 pounds) weight. In August I went on an amazing 3-week journey which included, daily: 1) 2 liters of water, 2) Walking 7000-10000 steps; 3) No meat (but yes to fish and seafood), 4) Calories intake 1500 or less. This way, I was able to lose 3 kilos (7 pounds)! After that, my regime wasn't that strict, and I also noticed weight loss has hit a plateau. Now I usually weight in between 63 and 64 kg (139 to 141 pounds). It's acceptable (though I wish it would be closer to 61-62 kg (135-136 pounds). Maybe I will start a new challenge next year!

138.9 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
