Def not a good weigh in but I knew it was going to be bad. Christmas Tues and another Christmas dinner last night. Now time to get back to my WOE. I'm going to push water over the weekend and hope it helps to flush things out some. I'm going to start the New Year with more exercise so hopefully it won't take me too long to get back down .
103.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
