I guess my excesses are just posting the last few pounds, as I was 100% true to my food plan yesterday.

As I did some grocery shopping testerday, I actually put ONE candy bar in my cart. Then, the podsiioself-talk took over: "C'mon, Pat! You can do this. It's Day freakin' One!"

Day Two is moving along!
244.5 lb Lost so far: 40.5 lb.    Still to go: 76.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
