Yesterday I ate under goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up .1% and at upper range of goal limit... Lift Day!!! Eggnog mixing tonight...
156.5 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
