Down less than a pound this week, but still happy with ANY loss.
The part of me that hopes for a pound a week is really hoping to "make up" for my "only" losing .6 this week.
The part of me that celebrates each and every loss as a victory is shouting with joy! :-)
I need to focus more on the celebrating part.
But instead I'm focused on how to make up for the .4 that I was supposed to lose but didn't. My plan is to eat less and exercise more, which is always the plan! Last week I lost focus a couple of times, which I DO partially blame on PMS cravings, since it happens this time every month.
I will stick to the meal plans and the execise plans, and see if that helps me to lose 1.4 this week.
