Finish Friday......4 more days before Xmas & hopefully no major calorie intake....haha haha 😂

Great Day at the Gym with a nice 725 Calories Out!!


21-15-9 Special
• Deadlift
• Jump Over Burpees
• Lunges, but 42, 30, 18 reps
• Approx 10 to 12 minutes


MAX Deadlift- 1 rep, approximately 10 minutes

Finish:

• Over Head BB Press 4 x 8
• Assault Bike-10 minutes

Time to find Starbucks ☕️☕️☕️
169.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

21 Deadlifts, 21 Jump Over BB Burpees, 42 Lunges (body weight), followed with 15 DL, 15 Burpees, 30 Lunges. End with 9 DL, 9 Burpees, 18 Lunges. Hope this helps.
