Alright first day was off to a good start. Here's to hoping the next 13 go as well in the weight department. I'd really like to wear those new Citizens of Humanity jeans I just bought in a size 28!

142.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb. Still to go: 12.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

it's so nice to see you back...I read your journal from yesterday and now that I'm all caught up...I'd like to wish you luck in re-dedicating yourself to YOURSELF! It might be a bumpy ride, but there's lots of people here willing to share your burden with you! `hugs to you! :)
