Must be retaining water as I’ve eaten lightly so far this week. OR it’s that pizza from the last week and a half making an appearance lol. All good!
125.0 lb Lost so far: 35.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yep. Just keep forgetting with all my running. I take a bottle with me but usually don’t stop for another. When it’s not freezing here I should really take a couple extra bottles of propel with me.

🍕 aka eoooy goooy goodness with some ham thrown in 😉. Yeah I can’t spell eoooy lol. If I had my way I would love on my nachos, Mexican, White queso, Pizza, tropical smoothie, steak, hamburgers and every candy imaginable. Oh and some broccoli thrown in. And regular coke again! And tea sugar in my tea! BUT that’s what got me overweight so... 😭😫😭
