Today is the first time I have been under my set goal weight since Nov. 22nd. Yesterday I ate way under goal and nutrition off. I did not meet my protein goal but met my activity goals. BF down .4%
8 days until Christmas!!!
153.6 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
