I had lots of protein this weekend and am still pretty constipated so I am all good with this number. Hopefully some coffee this morning will get those doggies rolling.
173.5 lb Lost so far: 73.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I find it so hard to stop eating them at the moment, they are my fav food going at the moment. Better then any dessert hahahahaha

I love dates but they are a bit high in carbs so I have to plan for them in a meal or snack.
