carnival lite's Journal, 16 December 2018

Have been trying to follow the carnivore diet. I am still using food to cope. I am no good on any all you can eat plan because I will eat it all.All because I am lonley and unfull unfull filled. I need someone to make me want to be a better person. This why when we fall in love , we only show are best side and we love ourselves and and we try to fake that we have always been that way and it is not really faking it but because we really do so here i am basicly journaling and i just stoped to think of dr woods again and so i am so hungry for many thngs including foo right now. I need to get my appitie under controll becausi feel phichally hungry and i want to lose weight i feel soooo bloated way to much salt; lets get started
154.8 lb Lost so far: 46.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
