Too many unknowns, but one thing I know is that o had a deficit everyday and that dress for tonight still fits. My tummy doesn’t look as lean as before. Slow progress is still progress.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Another hiccup! The no sweetener cappuccinos I’ve been drinking the last 3 days were made from low fat milk! 😭😭😭
