I actually did 50 pushups this morning to see what my limit was, and it was 50 as I expected 😊. Things are going to get real interesting when I need to do 51…

Ok, so here is the ‘situation’:

💥 I have *No Willpower*
💥 Once I start eating I ‘eat until full’ (and eat too much)

Accepting this, I have to concentrate on what I CAN do:

🌟 If I don’t eat solid food I do not ‘binge’ and usually lose weight

That ONE thing is how I ended a lifetime of adult obesity.

So, I decided to do a 3 days ‘no solid food’ fast because the next “holiday party” is not until Sunday night. I know from experience that ‘multi-day’ binge eating causes me to gain 3-5 pounds. I really don’t want to hit 180lbs so my choice is clear.

50 is just a number in your head - get it out of there and see what happens :) Enjoy your new fast - and try not to worry so much because you are doing great!

@Keilin_4 - Thanks :) I think I lost 2lbs because I was on my 4th day of the fast, but then gained 3lbs because I ate almost 4k in calories... :)

What are you supplementing for solid food?

@townsend.amina - I drink Quest Protein powder in water and heavy cream. Very filling and only 3 carbs and 200 calories per serving. I consume about 5 servings a day.

Your fasting sounds pretty good, I mean! You are drinking all day long! 😀 I have been fasting the last three days, but IF-OMAD SDF 🙊

My current limit is 60 PU, I'm 57 so I want to be able to do one for each year old that I am. When I was 54 my personal max was 87. I wanted to make it to 100, but severely tore a rotator cuff that has hindered me since. Great job BTW!

@adamevegod1 - 60 push ups! Damn! Ummm… yeah... I'm not seeing getting that high... but, who knows... :)

@Keilin_4 - See you are made of 'tougher stuff' :) :) -- I have been doing this 'fasting thing' for so many months that there is-no-way I could keep it up for this long if I did not feel 'full' and 'comfortable' the entire time Haha.
