on keto there is a thing called the "whoosh", you have a gain of a pound or 2 and then all of a sudden have a larger loss, like for me I'll drop 4 pounds overnight. I go along fine for awhile then it happens again so instead of getting upset about a pound or 2 I see it as a precurser of a whoosh coming and continue to work hard and not get discouraged....it makes the up and downs of the scale more bearable. hoping and praying it is a precursor to the whoosh for you. drinking some extra water always help with mine as well. by the way love your name Pizza...my go to comfort food is Fathead Pizza, amazing and Keto
