Fasted 24hrs yesterday & 35 measly push-ups. Gym this am & 4hrs sleep today. Hopefully back on track... 💪🏻
284.6 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
