That was fast.... I lost the pound I gained yesterday. Too much chili on Monday & I guess it is hard to measure.


Attended a HIIT Program this morning. Resulting in a 500 Calorie burn.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
