Darn, down during the week but up today. I didn't record since Thursday and I was far from perfect. I will start again today. Makes me more aware & I can review. December is tough, but I can do so much better.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I know it's hard.....my mom just came by for a visit and brought me a mocha coffee from Tim Hortons ...... and a large one geez ! I took a few sips and after she left I threw it away ! You can do it ...:+)

Definitely December is tough. My plan is to keep up my workouts - accept there might be days that are not as good as others and not let one stray snack lead me into a free for all glutton day.
