Wow... sure hope that's right. I do feel like I've lost. I have been doing my own fasting schedule and it is easy breezy for me. Hope to get to my goal weight of 115 by February 2019.
149.8 lb Lost so far: 35.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
