Have been weighing myself with regular clothes and shoes. Decided to try the scale without shoes on and saw the difference. Stepped on it twice to make sure. Part of me is happy of the scale results but I also know I have lost muscle since the shoulder dislocation. Another 8 to 12 weeks of physio and then I can start all over again at the gym.
