Unfortunately, I got my TOM yesterday, which is why I think I didn't lose weight this week. I was certain I had lost 4-5 lbs, so I was in complete shock when the numbers were the same, until I realized why. However, my clothes fit better and looser and I feel thinner, so that's good. I was SO looking forward to weighing in today. Hopefully next week I will lose some weight.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
