I've been in a slump lately - been trying to meet everyone else's needs instead of my own. It has been exhausting.

But I am trying this week to get refocused, take back my time and go to the gym. I'm sure I seem pretty antisocial to the people I'm politely refusing...but I haven't had a weekend where I wasn't busy with other people in about 2 months.

Anyhoo - looking forward to a new start, and to just having one social obligation all day Sat with which to contend. I'm run down, and need some downtime to recharge!

Thank god it's Friday! (at least here in Japan it is)
250.7 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 100.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
