238.0 lb Lost so far: 76.6 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Semi-half way, anyways. 160 would be the high end of normal for my height and I think I will be ecstatic to get there. Of course, if I still have the gumption to continue, 140 would actually be the mid-point of normal according to the BMI ranges, with 122 being the low end before being considered "underweight". My next real happy dance will be one-derland. I can't even remember the last time I weighed under 200... probably since just after I graduated college. I think at 190 I will just be "overwieght" and not obese. That will be a great mini-goal as well.
