😳😱 Guess because I lost all that water through urine yesterday. Haven’t gotten my spreadsheet completed for the week but it doesn’t look like I was higher than normal on my activity but I was higher on calories. Pretty sure I forgot to log something the other night and it’s driving me nuts trying to remember what it was so I can make sure I did log it or log it now. (My mind is like a dog with a bone, it won’t let them go until I remember).

Now I can officially say goodbye to 127! I will still see 126 some and 125 a lot if the pattern holds. Was just telling my friend that IF I could just get about 122-123 then I’d have a Christmas cushion. I’ll eat just like Thanksgiving when away. That means same portion sizes and maybe finish the kids’ dessert. Higher calories because higher calorie food but not enough to hurt anything. With the family feud, Hubby says we aren’t going to those two gatherings. I hope he changes his mind for the kids’ sake. Plus we already bought the presents, most can’t be returned, so for me just exchanging presents on porches would be okay for one. The other everyone keeps as a tradition because his grandma started it and wants to keep it. I feel like we shouldn’t punish her because of her child’s behavior. Yes we would have to deal with them but surely they would leave well enough alone while there. He says they’d be worse because I wouldn’t want to ruin it for his grandma therefore would keep the peace and the kids would be hounded. So maybe he is right.

Anyway I got off track again. My point is this: possibly 2 meals that would be my normal meals rather than holiday meals. So that would help. We now have our own Christmas and I make snack foods. This year I’m considering an actual dinner with turkey and ham for lunch then dip and stuff for dinner rather than two meals of junk. Again higher calorie but lunch would be better quality foods. We’ll see!

If I can keep this 124ish for this week while out of town 2-3 days then I’ll change my new goal to 120. Every single time I drop below my goal and mini goals, I think of everyone here that has helped me. I won’t get sappy... this time! Just know I appreciate every single one of you! Those that celebrate with me, those that push me, those that hold me accountable, those who see everything as a big accomplishment.... I truly value each of you. Thanks for everything!
