Ate like garbage all last weekend so it's my own damn fault I didn't lose anything. It's all good though. I'm really only 0.5 lb away from my initial goal. Triathlon Sunday!
117.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
