Dislocating a should is not fun - having to really watch what I eat and def no snacking. 8 to 10 weeks of PT and I should be good to go. At least I can still work lower body (stairs, lunges, lower abs, etc). Have a great week everyone
157.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
