well this is unexpected but I have had a few changes. I seem to be retaining more water which is a good thing. hopefully things will level out as my body adjusts. Someone suggested I drop my potassium, magnesium and lowered my salt. the dryness I always feel makes me crazy. now the past couple days I require less water, but trying to make sure I do drink plenty. Still working on a few issues from the potato's but that should pass soon. starting back with a little exercise too.

Trying to drink enough water is harder for me than keeping a deficit! I’ve never drank much of anything so trying to get on 3-4 bottles a day is hard 😳. Hope you have better luck than me!

When I had just a tiny bit of sugar by accident I bloated up. It is possible that I am very sensitive but perhaps that is what happened to you. I know you measured ketones but they could already have been present before your body had to switch to burn off the sugar.

no problem for me, I like drinking water and it does not hurt that I have quality water here. it is much harder to drink store bought or well water

Definitely sounds like water which it sounds like your body needed - hope it gets rid of that dry feeling! Good for you for getting back on track and glad you are feeling better - have a great day!
