Yesterday was an unusual eating day. I woke up feeling full from eating the night before. We dashed out the house and to the airport to dropped off a family member, grabbed a breakfast sandwich and then rushed to church. After church we picked up a family member from their hotel and had a late lunch. We then drove them to the airport. When we got back home we were still full from lunch and exhausted. We ended up skipping dinner entirely and relaxed looking at TV. On the positive side, my weight status line is back in the blue and I'm under my body fat percentage goal. Not bad results for the Monday after Thanksgivings. I won't complain...

I ate way under goal, did not meet my protein goal but did meet all activity goals. BF down .4%
155.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
