I did my official weigh in at the Huntsville Hospital Wellness Center on Saturday. The scales evidently weigh a little heavier than mine - but- I checked against other scales at the wellness center - and - 306.4 was correct.
306.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 151.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I see you are on your own perscribed diet. It is very helpful to get on a diet that hss a plan. I am on Dukan and while I did not have a lot to loose I saw other women who did transform their lives. I bought the book, bought a scale, read the first 2 sections and went to costco and trader Joes to stock on supplies. See my other posts. Good luck
